Waves A Meditation In Sound

With this Tranquility Music meditation CD, Zen Buddhist Monk The Venerable Chris Burrows has created using classical Indian music tradition a four piece meditation which are intended to be used at the following times of the day.
  • Morning Meditation..........Between 6am - 8am
  • Midday Meditation..........Between 12noon - 2pm
  • Late afternoon Meditation..........Between 4pm - 6pm
  • Evening Meditation..........Between 8pm - 10pm


 As we are all individuals, you are free to listen to or meditate to the four pieces in any order or at anytime of day that suits you.
