Counting The Breath Guided Meditation

There are many ways to meditate and the following is just one of them. This is the Counting The Breath Meditation. All you have to do is count each breath. On the in breath count one and repeat the count of one on the out breath. As you breath in again count two and repeat the count of two as you exhale. On the next breath count three as you breath in and again count three as you breath out. On the next breath count four as you inhale and again count four as you exhale. Repeat this up until the count of ten and then repeat the process again from the count of one.


First you may what to do a pre meditation to help you relax your body and still your mind. We have posted a pre meditation on this blog which you may find benefical for this. By watching or meditating to the video you can gain a rought idea of how to use this meditation. If you wish to meditate for longer than the video, feel free to do this by yourselves.
